$599 Early-bird – more than one month before day 1 of the workshop
$650 Regular – within one month of day 1 of the workshop
$100 non-refundable Deposit – final payment on first day of workshop in cash

Confirmation for the Birth Doula Workshop
You will receive email confirmation that your space is reserved after you complete the workshop registration and payment. Confirmation and a Workshop Newsletter arrive usually within 24 hours of registration.
Policies: Attendee Cancellation or Postponement; Covid Waivers
30 Days Before: If your cancellation occurs before 30 days of the workshop your entire payment will be returned to you, minus a $100.00 processing fee. Or the entire amount of your paid fees may be applied to a Birth Doula Workshop with Connie Sultana within 1 year. You may only transfer to another workshop one time.* There are no refunds of $100 deposits. Alternatively, you may substitute someone for yourself, one time.
29-15 Days Before: If your cancellation occurs within 29-15 days of the workshop, $440.00 of a $599 payment or $490 of a $650 payment will be refunded to you. There are no refunds of $100 deposits. Or, your entire amount of any payment may be applied to a Birth Doula Workshop with Connie Sultana within 1 year.* Alternatively, you may substitute someone for yourself, one time.
14 Days or Less: If your cancellation occurs 14 days or less prior to the beginning of the workshop all paid fees will be forfeited to the workshop instructor. You will be given the one time only option of attending another workshop within 1 year. Alternatively, you may substitute someone for yourself, one time. When you register for the next workshop, you be required to add an additional $100 deposit, however this will count toward your total payment of $599 or $650.*
*To apply the paid fees to a workshop taught within 1 year, you must notify us via email 29-15 days prior to the first day of the workshop you are missing. You may transfer one time only to another workshop. For a transfer to be approved, you must make an additional $100 payment to reserve your spot in the newly chosen workshop. This will be included toward your total workshop payment. It is not a penalty fee. You will not incur fees beyond the regular workshop total payment. Additional transfers will not be honored. Payment will be forfeited to instructor.
- Attendees agree that they are not arriving with Covid or Covid symptoms. A Covid-Liability Waiver is required to be completed upon arrival.
- Registration in the workshop implies agreement to all stipulations on this website.
- Attendance at this workshop is a privilege, not a right. The instructor reserves the right to deny participation in the workshop at any time, in which case a refund would be provided.
Workshop Postponement
A minimum of 6 paid registrants are required to hold the workshop. In the unlikely event that there are fewer, the workshop will be postponed and/or all money will be returned.
