Birth Consultation for non-doula clients
Similar to a Life Coach, my Birth Consultation Service allows you to plan for birth in a fully-informed fashion. Consultations help 
build your confidence knowing that you are going to give birth with all the knowledge a highly-experienced doula would have shared with you, even if you choose not to have a doula there. It includes much of what I offer at prenatal visits with my clients.
Virtual or In-person, outdoor or indoor consultations are possible
Birth Consultation Services can include:
- 3 one hour phone, Zoom or Facetime prenatal visits – OR – 2 1.5 hour in person visits
- knowledge of hospital procedures and protocols, including Covid info
- what to pack in your birth bag (and what doulas pack too!)
- creating a birth plan that will be well-received
- strategies and handouts for positions, breathing and comfort
- how to create a relaxing hospital birth room
- answers to concerns and resources for evidence-based care
- in-person visits can include simple at-home birth preparation exercises
Cost: $250 in Santa Rosas
($290 for Healdsburg, Petaluma and West County, $300 for Sonoma, Napa, Marin)
